CULTURAL DIVERSITY IN MUSIC
Circle The Earth Live at the Peppermint Club

Circle The Earth is an energetic pop-rock musical project. Its music conveys a message of cultural inclusion, ethnic diversity, religious tolerance, women’s rights, and equality of opportunity, all based on a premise of underlying spirituality, hope, and optimism.

Michael McBay heads the band, which is managed by Johnny Miller, CEO of TruPitch Entertainment.

“I have been putting together and financing original music projects for 30 years in the Los Angeles area, and Circle The Earth is a natural evolution of that long-time endeavor,” says McBay.

What are some of the biggest challenges you face in managing the band, and how do you overcome them?

Scheduling and booking a group of super-talented, very busy professional musicians is definitely among the biggest challenges of managing Circle The Earth. Generating the finances necessary to maintain and effectively promote a project of this caliber is extremely challenging as well.

What sets this band apart from other rock bands and what kind of audience do they appeal to?

The cultural diversity and the overall look of the band definitely sets it apart. Having a Black female lead vocalist who sings rock, raps, and performs so strongly is also quite unique. Because of these factors, the band has broad international appeal.

What advice would you give to someone who is looking to book your band for an event, and what should they keep in mind when working with a band manager?

We are completely reliable, easygoing, professional, and very fun to work with– please be the same!

What is your message to our Heart Of Hollywood Magazine readers?

All true religions and spiritual paths lead back to the same loving God and not one soul will be lost.

How can people book the band for concerts, festivals, or other events?
